Specifically 6Al-4V Titanium and aromatic polyamide fibers. These are the wonder materials that make the Ti-Fi experience possible. Titanium was chosen for it’s unbeatable strength to weight ratio that allows the tiny ends of the spokes to withstand hundreds of kilograms of force. A special Aramid fiber made from over 20,000 individual strands was chosen after extensive testing. Aramid fibers have roughy \u003cstrong\u003e5-6 times the strength of a steel cable\u003c\/strong\u003e of the same width, while weighing much, much less.
