Build: Attention to detail
Our build process is meticulous. We use precision gauges to get lateral and radial run-out to within .15mm.
Spoke tension is checked at an individual spoke level to ensure uniformity. This attention to detail creates a more robust wheel.
Technology rich carbon rims
Our 38, 55 and 80 mm rims utilize HAV nano fiber technology to combat heat buildup and increase wear resistance around the breaking surface.
Our 35 and 50 mm rims are manufactured using filament wound technology
Hub design/materials
Directional hub flanges allow for perfect alignment of spokes to the rim. Hub geometry allows for greater non drive side spoke tension and a more uniform spoke tension for the rear wheel. 7075 T6 anodised aluminum
