Purchasing of goods  

On purchasing goods from stoxbyhand.com or STOX by Hand LLC you agree to the terms and conditions of purchase, the privacy policy outlined this website and also you also acknowledge and agree to the responsibilities that are outlined in the owner’s manual including our product warranty policy.

Product price and model changes 

STOX by Hand reserves the right to make changes to price and model specifications without notice and at their discretion.

Standard delivery

STOX by Hand will send products out via our standard courier service. Generally orders will be dispatched within 5 business days are we build to orders. If there are any delays in shipping you will be notified via email.

Cancellations or changing of order 

Orders can cancelled any time prior to the booking of a dispatch date for the consignment.

Refunds 

Any refund of purchase is at the sole discretion STOX by Hand. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the goods purchased suit their application. STOX by Hand will refund goods as long as the goods are returned to STOX by Hand unused and in as new condition.  Any freight charges too and from the customer will be paid for by the customer.

Product warranty

STOX by Hand offer a 2 year warranty rim rim brake and a 5 year warranty on disc brake wheels as per our warranty policy, to view the policy click here 

Damaged goods in transit &/or shipping 

Damage occurring during transit and/or in shipping is  not the responsibility of STOX by Hand. We make all attempts to pack the products securely and safely. Any damaged incurred during the transition from STOX by Hand to the customer should be dealt with the freighting or shipping company as it is their responsibility for the safe transportation of goods. STOX by Hand take no responsibility for the damage or financial loss incurred from such circumstances occurring.
