Satisfsction Guarantee

We stand by our products. If you purchase  our wheels and they are not as you expect send them back.  Even if you have ridden the wheels "once" and they have not lived up to you expectations we will honour this subject to conditions below

Conditions:

1. As long as the wheels return to us in as new condition we will refund you the purchase price of the wheels less any shipping costs we have incurred.
2. If you have ridden the wheels we will require "STRAVA" verification that the wheels were not used in any event. 
3. We must be notified immediately of your intent to return.  This is with 24hrs of delivery or immediately after ride.
4. If the rims exhibit any marks as a result of tire mounting it is at our discretion as to whether we will accept.
